The 2024-2025 Membership will expand your sewing and embroidery skills (and maybe even some quilting skills) so you can get more done in less time while getting the fabulous, professional results you deserve.
Each year we cover techniques GALORE and this year will be no different! Each online class (live and pre-recorded) is jam packed with tips and tricks that will allow you to expand your sewing skills and lead you to the professional results you want. You’ll have hours and hours of sewing fun and learn to get the most out of your wonderful sewing machine AND maybe do a bit of stash busting while you are at it! Remember we will have a total of 6 pre-recorded classes and 4 live hands on classes (recordings of the live classes will be available after the class is over so you won’t miss a thing!
During our Back2Basics Bootcamp 2.4 we will be creating a workbook jam packed with information and techniques that you will use over and over in project after project. We’ll start with Tools of the Trade, move on to getting to know your machine and then work through lots of wonderful techniques! This class is based on the original Back2Basics Bootcamp by Jenny Haskins so you will have access to the original webinars and book created by Jenny, but also FABULOUS UPDATED/NEW information from Margaret Moorehead’s Virtual Sewing Guild.

- 4 Sit and Sew Virtual Hands-On Classes where all of us will be creating the same project during a virtual meeting AND the embroidery design will be included for EVERY class. How cool is that! Hi, I’m Margaret, founder and CEO (that’s Chief Everything Officer) of Virtual Sewing Guild. I have been creating and teaching sewing classes since I purchased my first Top of the Line Machine in 1991. A lot has changed since that first machine, new technology has come out for our sewing machines, online classes have become everyday learning and the amount of people across the world who join my classes has continued to grow.
